Last updated 09/10/2025
By visiting our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service, including our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Account Registration
To access our services, you must create an account with Resolvo Cloud. If you are under the legal age in your jurisdiction, you may use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, or legal representative who agrees to be bound by these terms on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your email and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to promptly update any information that may change. Your privacy is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payment and Billing
Resolvo Cloud offers various payment plans for our services. By signing up for a payment plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle specified in your plan. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including any applicable taxes.
For example, if you sign up for a monthly plan priced at $10, you will be charged $10 monthly using the payment method you provided during registration. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Content and Usage
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, publish, or distribute through our services. You agree not to use our services for any illegal, malicious, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to the distribution of malicious software or copyrighted material without permission. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
For example, you cannot upload content that infringes on someone else's copyright or violates any applicable laws. Resolvo Cloud reserves the right to remove or disable any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, and software, are owned by Resolvo Cloud or its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent, except as allowed for promotional purposes with our permission.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for a reason, which includes but is not limited to violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and you will remain liable for any outstanding fees.
For example, if you violate the terms by engaging in malicious activities, your account may be terminated, and you will still be responsible for any unpaid fees. We may, at our discretion, allow for reactivation of your account after termination.
Limitation of Liability
Resolvo Cloud shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve-month period preceding the claim.
For instance, if one of our services experiences a temporary outage outside of the Service Level Agreement, our liability will be limited to refunding or compensating the amount equivalent to what you paid for our service during the affected period. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues related to service disruptions or data loss.
